The team you'll be part of

As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models. Our inclusive team of dreamers, doers and disruptors push the limits from impossible to possible.

You will join R&D team of enterprise solutions business unit. We build and operate the private wireless networks and applications for the very rapidly growing number of enterprise customers. We work together with Product Management, Architecture, Operations and Business line management units to provide the best in class enterprise wireless solutions and applications for our customers.

What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

• Leads the technical solution execution.
• Responsible for Design, implementation, reviews, reporting and documentation in assigned technical area.
• Program Execution: You will work as the lead developer in leading a team of developers in creating well tested high quality software. You will apply modern agile development & DevOps practices in achieving this.
• Competence development: Based on current and evolving needs of the organization, you will identify the right skills and support competence ramp-up of the organization.

Your skills and experience

• Experience in leading & executing projects

• Experience in large scale SW Development ( microservices, DevOps)

• Experience in Cloud technologies, Networking, Edge Computing, Core Network

• Expertise in Telecom environment

• SW design and development. Strong Programming skills(Go,Java, Scripting languages).

• Infra skills (Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra, Promotheus, Grafana)

• Atleast 2 years as Senior Engineer / Lead Developer

• 3GPP knowledge
